Our Turkish tower chess pieces are inspired from an Old Turkish architectural design. The chessmen are extraordinary with delicate carvings being done by our Indian Artisans. Each piece is lovingly crafted by our master artisans to make a set which can be a family heirloom. Before the staunton design became popular and an international standard in chess tournaments, a lot of pre-staunton designs were very popular amongst chess players. The design of this set is a reproduction of English Chess sets popular in circa 1700. If you love chess, you deserve to pamper yourself with this luxurious set.
